Pasta, rice and rest

Yesterday, I ran my longest distance so far 8.4 K in 65 min! Was too hot but felt great after that. My personal trainer suggested that this should be the last run before my big day. She said it is recommended not to do the whole distance before a run so I can keep pushing myself on the day. So, from now till the day of the run, it will be pasta, rice and rest.
